1. I did not receive a coupon code?
Coupon codes are for first time users. If you subscribed for Email or SMS please check there for the code.
2. How do I apply a coupon code to my order?
On a computer, you can apply your code in the cart (https://invictastores.com/cart) on the top right hand corner in the designated box ( coupons). Then hit the “Apply” Button. Make sure there are no spaces before or after the code.
On a mobile device, you can apply the code at the bottom of the cart page (https://invictastores.com/cart) just before choosing how you would like to pay. Then hit the “Apply” Button. Make sure there are no spaces before or after the code.
3. Why isn’t my coupon code working?
There are a few reasons your coupon may not be working:
- The code may not be applicable to the items in your cart. Some coupons have restrictions and may not apply to certain sales such as:
Sunday Run, Flash Sale, Wild Wednesday or KnockOut Deals.
Please check the communication where you received the coupon code for these details.
- You may have entered the code incorrectly. Try copying and pasting it again. Make sure there are spaces before or after your code.
4. Can I use multiple coupon codes on one order?
