It offers peace of mind by protecting your watch from unexpected repair costs. It covers more than the manufacturer’s warranty, including accidental damage, case, glass, strap, and band.

When does my coverage start?

Coverage for accidental damage begins on day one of your plan.

Are there any deductibles or hidden fees?

No, our plans are straightforward with no hidden fees or surprise deductibles. What you see is what you pay.

Is my coverage transferable if I sell or gift my watch?

No, Invicta Care is not transferable.

How long does the coverage last?

Invicta Care is valid for up to 3 years!

Does it cover theft or loss?

No, this protection plan does not cover theft, loss, or cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect the functionality of the watch.

Is Invicta Care Product Protection available for international customers?

Currently, Invicta Care is only available for purchases made within the United States and Puerto Rico. International orders are not eligible for coverage.

How do I file a claim?

For packages marked as “Delivered,” claims are only initiated when the carrier confirms the package as officially lost. We are unable to provide assistance for delivered packages. Customers may contact the carrier or their bank for further support. I
