RETURNS WITHIN THE U.S.
Invictastores.com will accept your return for items which have not been worn or have not been altered within 14 days of delivery.
Returns received after the 14 days of delivery and/or with any visible wear or alteration will be charged a 40% restocking fee which will be deducted from your total refund. All original product packaging, including boxes, UPCs, bags, or any items used to wrap and protect the item should be returned. Items must have original tags, labels, and/or any accompanying materials in the state that they were originally included.
If your returned order or item is under $99, a $9.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund, along with any original shipping fees.
If your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions will not apply. In this case, we will work with you to find the best solution.
Please notify us within 3 business days of delivery if you received an item(s) incorrect, damaged, or missing from the order. "Final Sale" items are eligible for return.
To process your return online, visit the Orders & Returns page. Please note that it is at the discretion of Invicta Stores to issue a pre-paid return label. Should any type of fraud or unlawful behavior be detected, we reserve the right to decline the return.
